What this website collects
This website has no form, no sign-in, no analytics and no ads. Fonts, images and the 3D scene are loaded from the same address, not from third-party servers.
Server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). On every visit, its server automatically records standard technical access data — IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser type and time. This data is used only to run and secure the website; we do not use it for analytics or profiling. According to its privacy policy, Vercel keeps it only for as long as strictly necessary (it does not state a specific period). Vercel processes the data as our processor; the transfer to the USA is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website).
What your browser remembers
If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser saves your choice (localStorage, key grifko-rezim). This value is not sent anywhere and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
When you close the cookie notice, your browser remembers it in the necessary cookie cookie_suhlas. Everything about cookies and how to change your choice is in the Cookie policy.
The Grifko app for iPhone
The app has no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no ads, and it sends nothing to our servers or to anyone else’s. The lessons are part of the app. Your progress, quiz results and settings (trade, business size) are stored only on your phone; uninstalling the app removes them from your phone.
Purchases of the full version (monthly or lifetime) are handled by Apple through the App Store under its privacy policy. We do not receive your card details or your name from Apple; the app only checks on your phone whether a purchase is active.
If you write to us
If you send us an email, we use your address and message only to reply. The message stays as an email in our mailbox; we do not store it in a database or a CRM. We keep it for as long as needed to deal with it and for any follow-up, for no more than 12 months after the last message; on request we will delete it sooner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) together with point (f) (our legitimate interest in replying).
Your rights
- Access — you have the right to know what data about you we process (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17).
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).
- Objection — you can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest (server logs, replying to an email) (Art. 21 GDPR).
- Complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
